MICC offers a full range of securities brokerage services tailored to the needs of both individual and institutional investors. Through us, you can:

In addition, MICC regularly provides market news and securities research. OTC market

Private Bonds – MICC facilitates the issuance and trading of private bonds through the over-the-counter (OTC) market.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can open a securities account either online or by visiting our office in person. 

Online:

/When opening an account online, please make sure to complete all required information, upload a photo of your national ID or passport, and a picture of you holding your ID. Your ID must be valid and unexpired./

In Person: 
You may also visit our office to open an account. 

  • Please bring your national ID card or passport. 
  • For minors, a parent’s ID card and the child’s birth certificate are required. 

The registration fee is 10,000 MNT. 

Please note: you may only link a bank account in your own name. Transfers to or from third-party accounts (e.g., a parent’s account) are not permitted. 

Your securities account will usually be activated within 1–2 business days after submitting your application. 

A primary market account is used to invest in securities offered to the public for the first time, such as shares, bonds, and asset-backed securities. This account is a 12-digit MCSD account registered under your name. You can fund your account as follows: 

  • Bank: Central Securities Depository 
  • Account Number: 0051 XXXX XXXX 
  • Account Name: Your name 
  • Payment Reference: Your registration number 

The nominal account is used to buy and sell securities on the Mongolian Stock Exchange secondary market. You can fund your account as follows: 

  • Bank: Golomt Bank 
  • Account Number: MN860015008125101787 
  • Account Name: MICC Securities LLC  
  • Payment Reference: Your registration number 

If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot a password” button next to the login field and enter your registered email address to receive a password reset link. 

If you enter the wrong password three times, your account will be temporarily locked. You can then use the “Unblock a password” button to receive a link at your registered email and set a new password. 

To open a securities account for a legal entity, the following documents are required: 

  • 2 x notarized copies of the company’s state registration certificate 
  • Notarized signature authorization form of the person authorized to manage the account (MCSD template) 
  • 2 x notarized copies of the authorized signatory’s national ID card 
  • Board resolution appointing the person authorized to manage the company’s securities account (addressed to MICC and the MCSD) 
  • Official request to open a MCSD account (2 copies, addressed to MICC and the MCSD) 
  • Account opening agreement with the MCSD (2 copies, CSD template) 
  • Money transfer agreement (3 copies) 
  • Securities account opening fee: 50,000 MNT 

If you are using the app: Wallet → Select Nominal or MCSD Account → Choose the account you want to withdraw from → Enter the withdrawal amount → Complete and submit. 

If you are using the website (micc.istock.mn): From the menu on the left, select Withdraw → Choose MCSD balance or Application list → Fill in the details and submit. 

It’s possible that the payment reference was entered incorrectly. If the funds still haven’t arrived, please contact us so we can verify your transaction and ensure the money is transferred to your account. 

All secondary market transactions on the Mongolian Stock Exchange are settled on a T+2 basis. This means settlement is completed two business days after the trade date.

Buy orders: Securities will be credited to your account on T+2, and the corresponding funds will be debited from your nominal account.

Sell orders: Securities will be debited from your account, and the cash proceeds from the sale will be credited to your account on T+2.
